For more background on our club read the Club History

Club Membership: We have over 100 member families with a wide variety of ages, car ownership and interests. We are diverse in terms of background. There are many different professions represented. (We can even find advice about non-auto subjects). Many families enjoy club activities together. The common bond is, of course, our love of cars, especially Mustangs of all years. The club is about equally divided between owners of Mustangs from 1964-73 and Mustangs from 1974-present. The number of Non-Mustang car owners is smaller, but still significant. The quality of our cars varies widely. There are some national champion show cars, many daily drivers, and some in between. Shelbys, Cobras, and Saleens are all well- represented. Club members possess varying degrees of mechanical , electrical, and auto-body skills as well as detailed knowledge on restoration techniques. We are always eager to help members who are restoring their cars.
Club Activities: Tri-State Mustang Club is for the entire family. We particpate as a group in several annual events. The major one is our summer show. We usually expect over 200 cars, except when it rains. We sponsored an MCA (Mustang Club of America) national show in 1993. The club meets monthly(see Meetings) with special programs. We organize a summer picnic, a fall tour and a Christmas party. Our club supports various charities and we sponsor a scholarship for a deserving High School student to Fords Assets program.   The monthly newsletter provides members with a summary of recent events, notices of TSMC activities, and other car events as well as news of general interest. The newsletter also has a free classified section.
Ford Motor Company Relations: Our club has an outstanding working relationship with Ford. Our monthly meetings are held at Fords Training Center (see Meetings). Ford is a major sponsor of the summer show.
